REFUND POLICY

30-NIGHT GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee on all Sleep System purchases. If you are not satisfied with your results after using the device consistently for at least 14 nights, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a return, contact us at info@alphacortexlab.com with:
— Your order number
— Brief description of your experience
— Proof of purchase

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

CONDITIONS
— The device must be returned in its original packaging
— Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return
— We reserve the right to deny refunds for devices showing signs of damage caused by misuse

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
