Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation 
email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment base in Spain.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

— European Union: 5–9 business days
— United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
— United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
— Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier 
delays, or high-demand periods.

SHIPPING COSTS
— Worldwide: Free shipping on all orders

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending 
on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer 
and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

For United States customers: Most orders fall below the de minimis threshold 
($800 USD) and are imported duty-free.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at
